    You get a weekly digest and a monthly statement of exactly what was done and how long it took.

The portal is the difference. Other services work over email and WhatsApp and you take their word for it. With Busy Life you log in and see your calendar, every renewal date, what was done this month and the hours it took.

Questions

Do I have to hand over passwords?
No. Most admin can be done with your permission and details, not your logins. Where access is unavoidable we agree it explicitly and it's recorded in your activity log.
Can I see what you've done?
Yes — that's the point of the portal. Every task, every reminder and every hour is visible, and you can add notes or ask for changes any time.
What if I only need help occasionally?
Pay as you go at £30 an hour, or a small monthly bundle you can stop whenever you like.
Is my information safe?
Your data lives in a private, backed-up UK cloud account and is never shared. Full details are in the privacy policy (coming with the finished site).
